Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at hello@championwipes.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on next steps. If a return is approved, we’ll share details about where to send the item, or confirm if a return shipment is not necessary.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to contact us to request a return or refund, and place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and let you know if a refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
